It is a pleasure to meet you! I am the Owner and CEO of C’s Heavenly Treatz LLC., established December 2024. As a current, full-time civil service employee with 30+ years of experience in financial resource management and acquisition, I plan to retire soon from that career and embark upon a new journey!
My Story
I’ve had a lifelong passion for baking and pastry arts!
As a child, I was always impressed with my mother’s ability to make desserts from scratch and thought,
WOW! How did she do that?!
Although the cakes and other desserts were delicious, my only desire was to get my hands on the mixing bowl and leftover batters from the mixer, if you know what I’m talking about! Over the summers, I figured I would try my hand at baking too. No doubt mom didn’t really want me using her ingredients, but I don’t ever recall her getting upset ... until she'd reach for the flour and there was none left!
I began baking snickerdoodle, sugar and peanut butter cookies as trial desserts. My siblings would taste them to see if they were good for consumption and to my delight, the verdict was "YES!"
Once I mastered cookies, I moved on to cakes and other fun desserts and now, 35+ years later,
I'm here sharing my gift with each of you!
Of course with that many years of experience, I've had my fair share of great ideas and creative attempts that didn’t turn out as planned, but I have learned that
every failed attempt is a great teacher -- it has helped me succeed, not just in the art of baking, but also in the journey of life!
It brings me great joy to see family, friends and others enjoying a dessert that I have made with LOTS of love and passion!! I believe my God-given career is to further grow His kingdom here on earth and it is exciting to know that C’s Heavenly Treatz is just a part of the bigger purpose!
